About me

Background & values

Product and business strategy, Gen AI, and scaling impact at Walmart and beyond.

I build products that solve messy, real-world problems at scale.

My journey into product leadership didn't start with product titles — it started with systems thinking. With a background in computer science and business strategy from IIM Lucknow, I learned early that technology alone doesn't create impact; aligned execution across people, processes, and data does.

I began my career in analytics and engineering at Tata Consultancy Services, working on large banking datasets where performance improvements translated directly into business outcomes. That experience shaped how I approach products today: every feature must move a measurable metric.

At Disney India, I moved closer to the business side of technology, leading pricing optimization and sales strategy products that improved revenue performance across channels. Here, I learned how product decisions influence commercial outcomes — not just user interfaces.

Over the past several years at Walmart, my work has focused on operating at enterprise scale. I've led product strategy across thousands of retail locations, building platforms that monitor physical assets, reduce operational losses, and improve store performance across the United States and international markets. My teams have delivered large-scale cost savings through predictive diagnostics, intelligent monitoring, and data-driven decision systems.

More recently, my focus has shifted toward the next evolution of enterprise software: applying Generative AI and agentic systems to real operational workflows. I've been leading initiatives that integrate large language models, vector databases, and autonomous agents into business platforms — transforming how teams diagnose problems, access knowledge, and make decisions in real time.

Across roles, a consistent theme defines my work:

  • Turning complex operational problems into scalable platforms
  • Connecting business strategy with deep technology execution
  • Building products that create measurable impact, not just adoption

I'm particularly interested in the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and decision intelligence — where software moves from being a tool people use to a system that actively assists human judgment.

This website is where I document that journey: ideas, experiments, product thinking, and lessons learned while building systems at scale.
